Grilled Turkey Sausages with Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms Sauteed with Fresh Basil

This one’s an easy-do.  Slice up some peppers, onions and mushrooms….sautee them in a little bit of olive oil until nicely cooked down and soft….season with a bit of garlic salt and pepper…..and a few minutes before they’re done, toss in a handful of ripped fresh basil.

Serve with Turkey Sausages that have been grilled…..and maybe a hoagie roll if you’re feeling sandwich-y…and you’re done!
