Grilled Tuna Steaks and an Avocado, Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Chipotle-Cucumber Dressing

Tuna steak simply brushed with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper, grilled to your liking.  Dice an avocado, two tomatoes and a cucumber (or a half if you’re using one of those English numbers), mix together and drizzle with a quick dressing made from a bit of mayo, sour cream, chipotle and finely diced cucumbers, seasoned with onion salt, seasoned salt and pepper.
